I just thought I would share these with you all.

This is one of the Parades we went to in New Orleans. We had Grande Stand Passes that Dom won at his company.. It was really nice..The tickets are usually a 100.00 a ticket for grande stand so this was a treat to go for free!

Thanks for sharing your photos with us. I would love to see such a colorful parade in person. Were you close to a bathroom?

I know..........crazy question.....but that is ALL I think about when I go or do something out of my comfort zone.:smile tee

I agree with everyone else the colors are just amazing, so bright and vibrant. I doubt that is something that I will ever get to see in person so it's nice to see the pictures. I doubt I would like it though unless we had something like grandstand where it wasn't so crowded. I got over being in really crowded places in college from going to the packed bars and now can't stand it.

The grandstands were the way to go.. And yes we had passes to the bathrooms in Doms building. He works for Shell which was right behind the stands, so all we had to do was show are armbands.. So that was a PLUS!! There was only about 30 people on the grandstand with us so it was not that crowded.. So that was really nice!.. The big parades roll today.. But I really enjoyed the night parade with all the lights..
