Vesicare, Elmiron and Elavil

I went back to my Uro for a follow up telling him that I am still in pain all the time and now with just Elmiron and Elavil (10mg only) I can't sleep and have spasms often and buring along with increase in frequency. He upped my Elavil (sp) to 25mg and added visicare for overactive bladder which he says generally does not help with IC but might help with frequency? Has anyone else tried this? :help:
I have such severe constipation and I'm a little nervous that this combo with make this much worse. What do some of you do for constipation that wont aggrevate IC? Prune juice I'm sure would be bad...

I am on vesicare 10 mg. I have been on all oab bladder meds and nothing has worked. I have not been diagnosed with IC. Uro thinks I have overactive bladder, I have no pain, just lots of frequency. The vesicare seems to have calmed my bladder down. I am on week f4 now. Seems to be getting better everyday.

Well I'm glad it helped calm the bladder down for you :) Hopefully this combo will help me too :)
