The company says 3 months but I wonder if anyone's noticed improvement sooner than that?

3 months is the general timeline, it seems. However, I have been taking some of the ingredients of Cystoprotek (awaiting arrival of my next bottle) on my own for about 1 and a half weeks now, and am feeling significant reduction in my symptoms. I've been taking Glucosamine twice a day, as well as MSM.
