I have ic for 10 years now.It went into remision for 3 years,then came back:mad: Anyway i was just wondering if anyone here suffers from alot of gas with ic? and upper back pain?

Hello and :welcome: to the ICN.. I am one that does suffer from bouts of gas and pressure. I usually just take Tums for this.

Yes I too have gas and bloating. I also have upper, mid and lower back pain. I have Fibromyalgia too, so I'm not always sure which pain is coming from IC or Fibro. The fibro causes me the most pain in the head, neck and upper back, But what also drives me crazy is a straight line of pain right in the upper middle part of my back. I never know which is causing that. When it happens it typically lasts for days.

I would like to thank you all for replying.I go for ramzo treatments,and they seem to help alittle.I do believe ic comes from stress i got it 2 years after my husband passed away.
