i slept wrong on my shoulder. was n a lot of pain when i woke up tday. tried muscle relaxer n heat pad. didnt work. ended up at convenient care cause of pain. doc said fluid around shoulder is inflamed. wanted 2 give me anti-inflamatory. said no cause of ic. got tylenol 3 instead and a lovely sling. gotta wear it 4 a few day. sux cause its my right arm. typing w/ jst my left hand no fun. ill be lurking on the boards next few days. just not much typing. hope yall have a good wknd! just watch how u sleep:loco:
