Hi everyone. I just started my 2 online college courses for this semester. One is psychology personality, and the other I chose on my own is nutrition. I thought oh I may not like it but it turns out I love it. It is really interesting to take the nutrition class with IC. Alot in the class is about our personal diet and how important fresh fruits and vegetables are and when a thread starts, I be sure to add my thoughts about my diet since it lacks alot of the important nutrients that they say we need. Students are very interested in the teachers thoughts about that. For example, for a snack, the best thing is fresh fruit, all different fruits have different nutrients that our bodies need. So for a snack they recomend a different fruit each snack. So how do I get my nutrient since I can't have the different fruit? Thats what I want to figure out. So I know we have the IC diet, but I want to learn from a registered dietician, how I can replace what I lack from not being able to eat half the stuff the book says is good for you. So I will share my knowledge with you all as I learn and to me the class is very interesting. :)
