hello. i have been getting instills made up of 3 elmiron pills, 1cc of kenalog, 1cc of heparin, 6cc of sobium bicarb, and a little steril water. not sure how much. i forgot.anyways,the total amount going into my bladder is always right around 32cc. this allwoc me to hold it for a long period of time.we alsouse an infant feeding tube. the catheters are too much of a problem. they make me spasm for days. i always take a 50mg macrodantin afterwards. i get them 2 times a week. last monday i held it in for 4 hours. the next day my bladder felt great. today,i get another. im interested to see how ill feel tonight.
