had a great doc appointment today!

Today was to see if I have gone down on the cholesterol and I decided to brave the scale and see about the weight too. I kept saying to it out loud "Go down, go down". Not sure what the nurse thought but I have lost 14 pounds! :woohoo: :woohoo: I weigh more on his scale but I've lost more on his so that is fine with me. :woohoo: Then when he walked into the room first thing he said was " I see you have lost weight on the chart and I can tell you have". :smile tee My cholesteral went from 263 down to 241. Need to have it checked one more time in about 4 months but hey, hey, hey....it just made my day I tell you. :smile tee
