Anything Stephen King, Dean Koontz, the new Patricia Cornwell, the new Sue Grafton. Right now I'm re-reading the Shining because the last time I read it was in the 80's!

Currently reading Nora Robert's "Blood Brothers" the first in a new trilogy I guess, lol. So far it's a nice spooky enjoyable read!! ;) Next on my list are James Patterson's 6th and 7th in the Women's Murder Club series - I hope, ha ha ha.

I just finished a great book called "Survival of the Sickest", by Sharon Moalem. The author explains how organisms evolve to survive and procreate and how conditions that are harmful to us today helped our species survive long enough to get here today. It's scientific but written in an easy-to-read style for those of us not in the medical profession.

I just read "The Penny" by Joyce Meyer and Deborah Bedford. It's an easy read and sort of sad yet inspirational at the same time.

Believe it or not, but I have been reading The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis. Prince Caspian has been made into a movie and will be out this May. I saw The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe which was fantastic and sparked my interest in reading the entire series. I did not read them as a child and am enjoying them, now.

I just finished reading "The Virginian" for a book group I'm in. It was written in 1904, so it's not exactly new :smile tee, but I really, really liked it! It's said to be the first and best Western, and although I'm not a big Western reader, I enjoyed it! Before that I read "T is for Trespass", the latest in the Sue Grafton Kinsey Milhone series. I liked it a lot, I was a bit worried after reading the preview, but ended up enjoying it a lot.

Well, I am taking 2 online classes, so I been reading my nutrition book and my psychology book. Its very interesting. I am learning alot in this nutrition class. I will share my knowledge when I finish the class. It is really interesting to take the nutrition class with IC. Alot in the class is about our personal diet and how important fresh fruits and vegetables are and when a thread starts, I be sure to add my thoughts about my diet since it lacks alot of the important nutrients that they say we need. Students are very interested in the teachers thoughts about that. So thats what I been reading mostly. :) Lisa

Currently, My Name is Asher Lev, by Chaim Potok. Also got subscriptions to Newsweek and Paris Match, both weeklies, so that should help keep me occupied.

I try to be diverse with my books but I always go back to James Patterson. I like to see what other people are reading to give me ideas. Do any of you belong to booksfree.com?
It's like netflix but with books.

SandyRN,
If you love Stephen King as I do, his newest book Duma Key just came out and is on sale 30% off right now. The story line sounds wonderful and the book is huge! Can't wait to get started on that!

I've read every novel ever published by King and Koontz both. There is a new author that has recently written two books. The guys at work swear this author is Dean Koontz and he's writing under another name. I'll try to find the name of the author in my purse and let ya know. They say he's quite good!

I read so much I run out of authors. Decided to try a Clive Barker book but I've been carrying it around for months and it's just not very good.
