diet book?

I think someone needs to come up with a diet book for people with ic that makes u lose weight and not flare.. ain't that a great idea,lol :loco::pray::pray::pray::pray::pray:

She is the of Author of Confident Choices, Customizing the Interstitial Cystitis Diet . This is a very good book and Julie is a great lady!!

that is a good book but it doesn't make u lose weight does it???

There's a lot of information there that will help eat a healthy diet. On page 52 there's a very good guide to what makes a healthy diet. It may take a while to lose weight following those guidelines, but losing slowly is usually the best way to go.

thank u.. i have that book.. would be nice to eat from a book and not worry that my ic will get worse
