Well this kind of made my day. Talking about toilet paper, I use plenty of it each day. Well I guess my daughter's dog figure it out. Twice she got to the bathroom, roll the toilet paper down and drag it to my bedroom, under the bed, and out to the other side. Well I guess she just trying to help me out. :tsk:

She is trying to help you with the night time trips, now when she brings you the actual potty you might have a big problem.
Gotta love the little fur balls.

I just wish I could teach mine to go get me a roll when my hubby doesn't replace the roll! LOL! I used to keep it in a basket close to the toilet, but when Mollie was a puppy and when my son's dog comes to visit, they became toys and there was snow all over the back of my house.

LOL!! Oh that reminds me of when I was a kid, and my dog (she was still young) decided to attack a feather pillow while we were gone!!! I remember my mom using a leaf rake to gather them up then vaccuum the left-overs, lol!!!
I also had a cat that enjoyed unrolling the tp from the holder and drag it all over the house, lol.

My mother had a little dog who would punish them if they left him alone for even a half hour --- he would grab the end of the toilet tissue and run with it. When it would break, he'd go back to the bathroom and get a better grip and run again. Her house would be toilet paper city!

That's hilarious Donna :) Animals are so much fun - even if we aren't happy with the "Mess" they made at time, lol ;)

That is hilarious with the dogs and the toilet paper. :) My puppy discovered the toilet paper last week. Well its the first thing she runs for in the bathroom if I don't keep the doors closed, she is always bringing me toilet paper. :smile tee They are alot of fun.

That's really cute. Animals and small children always seem to be in tune to what is going on. Usually if I'm not downstairs the first place Griffin looks for me is in the bathroom every time. He never even thinks to look for me in the bedroom because I spend so much more time in the bathroom, lol.

OK Traceann-- When we rescued our first Brittany spaniel I had 4 king size feather pillow on my bed and she had never been in the house before. Being a bird dog and me not thinking I left her inside alone and came home to the biggest feather mess you can ever imagine. SHe attacked all for 4 pillow and had them from one end of the house to the other. i couldn't scold her it was her game and she had never ever been in the house before but OMG the mess was never ending.

My old man dog Prancer would always look for me. I would be lying in bed and I would watch him trot through my room with such purpose and look in the bathroom, then make his turn to see if I was in bed. It was an everyday thing for him! After we put him to sleep over a year ago, I would always wish I could just see that old man face come around the corner and keep me company while I was in the bathroom.
Dogs do add so much to our lives, no matter what messes they make!

These stories are so cute! My puppy started with the toilet paper about a week ago, she gets into EVERYTHING. Well yesterday I was on the computer and here she comes with the maxi pad package and brings it to me. :smile tee I had to laugh, I have to keep that bathroom door closed all the time. :)

We have to keep the bathroom doors shut at all times because our little one will go in and take the roll and the garbage if we are not careful.

Oh Tig, that sounds so familiar, I can't tell you how many times now I have had to get the ipod from her. I tell my daughter all the time put it where she can't get it, the earphones are so expensive and she already runied 2 pair. It seems like the more I tell her no, the more she wants it. :smile tee

Well I thought I got the toilet paper completely up. She continue to go under my bed so I thought I would check it out. This little stinker had pieces of toilet paper under it and some of her toys. I guess she decided to make this her own little fun place and hiding place. Poor little thing, I did clean it up and now she is not a happy camper in my room now. Maybe I should put a few toys back under the bed. Oh man I am getting softy here now. Man these dogs know how to put one over on us, don't they?
Sending hugs, Trish

You got that right on the IPOD earphone, I bought the first pair, the next pair was on them for leaving them down. Seems to have worked, now if they would put the IPOD higher up from the toddler now.

Oh that is so funny about the Ipod. It seems like they get one thing on their mind and they run with it and then they continue to go back for it again and again.

Frisco was never intereted in tp as a puppy. He preferred to destroy pillows and blankets. Everything we've ever given him to sleep on, he's torn up or chewed up. We crate them at night, so now Rusty has a lovely dog bed and quilt in his crate, and Frisco sleeps on the cold metal bottom of his -- which he actually seems to prefer. He's 3 1/2 now and has finally learned that if we give him a blanket, he can tear it to shreds, but not all the blankets and pillows in the house. I think I spent about 6 months in the linens department at Target when we first adopted him! Now I just buy cheap fleece blankets in Walgreens for him to destroy. He ate the remote control, twice. Healthy as can be. Go figure.:)
