I can finally say summer is here YIPPEE!!!! I thought we could all share our summer hobbies. Mine is flying radio control planes and I love it. My hubby builds them and I fly them sometimes I even crash them . :( I am the only girl out of ninety guys in my club. Don't know if that is good or bad :D Lets get this started my IC friends.......God Bless Every one

Hey there!

For fun this summer I started a vegetable garden in my backyard. I've never done this before, and I'm glad to say I really enjoy it. It gives me something to look forward to.

Birding... I love nothing better than a good bird hunt... actually, what's better is if I can get close enough to get a good photo. And if it's a bird that is new to my list, I hope that I don't faint from excitement (it's been known to happen - can you say nerd?).

Canoeing... Polly is one of my three babies, the canoe (Polly), my Justy (Bessie the money pit) adn my cat (Munchy). I love putting Polly on Bessie and finding a nice lake full of birds to chase :)

Breathing... I just love breathing in the warm summer air (right before I take a few puffs of Ventolin hehe). Standing at the side of a field and taking it all in.

The things I do for fun, make me feel alive :)

Hi everyone:
For fun this summer, I have planted my flowers, (sunflowers for the first time) and can't wait to see how tall they will be. They are already a foot tall. I have my Old English Sheepdog, China who has been a godsend to me. I also have picked up on scrapbooking once again, this time to stick to it. My daughter got married a month ago and my twins (daughter and son) graduated from High School three weeks ago and I am determined to get Memory Albums done for them this summer. So far it has been a blast. It really takes me back in time (pre-IC) when I look through all the pictures and awards the kids have earned. But most touching are the wonderful cards, pictures, and notes, the kids have given me over the years. It is very theraputic. Mar

I'm looking forward to reading a good book, and walking our golden retrievers, Treasure & Bentley...Bet you can guess by his name which dog I got when he was a 13 lb. puppy!
