I just feel the need to say this and to remember this man. Christopher Bowman was a US Figure Skating Champion in the early 1990's who used to thrill the audience with his personality, athleticism and sheer good looks. Unfortunately, he passed away at the age of 40 a few days ago... no cause of death known though he had publicly struggled with drug addiction.

For those of us who were fans of figure skating, it was clear that he had troubles. He hated to practice. Was very difficult for coaches to focus and, eventually, was labelled as uncoachable. Now, it's been revealed that he was struggling with BiPolar Disorder... which puts it all into context. No wonderhe had so many problems and troubles. :::sigh::: He was such a great talent.

In any case, I just want to send a message up to heaven that he is being remembered fondly. The picture in the article below is how we should remember and think of him!

Christopher Bowman had such tremendous talent and potential, but his demons wouldn't let him alone, I guess. Such a waste.

I didn't remember his name, but when I saw the picture I recognized him. He was a true artist. This is so sad.
