does anyone get horrible orgasmic pressure from constant utis?

hi i have had 8 yrs of like utis with no bacteria shown in tests only 4 times it has been picked up with bacteria and i have nearly had to have morphine for the extreme discomfort. Yes been to every doctor you can think of. Well the last 4 yrs havent been too bad after having my daughter, i just drink water when i feel a flare coming. I have had this constant everyday for 8 yrs. On new years day i had a attack of a uti sooooo bad i havent felt that bad for 6 yrs. I am on the strongest antibotic, and am taking that silver water and olive leaf.

The worse extreme discomfort i have is a horrible non sexual orgasmic pressure to orgasm it helps with the pressure but then comes back again. I have never read anyone else getting this symptom and is very emabarrising. I have real bad swelling in the urethra and when i press the urethra it hits like high pitched engorged feeling like when you get water up your nose in the swimming pool feeling.

hi thanks for those threads, i dont actually have like stabbing pain in the clitoris, only way to explain is my urethra is swollen and inside down inside like the base of the clitoris is like inflammed feeling or the urethra is pushing an inflammed nerve there and gives me the extreme discomfort of wanting to orgasm. If i pee on an empty bladder makes the orgasmic burning feeling sooooo much worse. If i have a full bladder its a relief to finally get rid of some pressure even if its just temporary.

I know i have like an inflammed infection in the urethra but... why do i get those fowl orgasm feeling when i do orgasm it does take abit of the pressure off for a while.

Where it is like inflammed looks like where the g-spot is meant to be located so maybe that is stuffed but then when i have asked drs they laugh and say it doesnt exsist.

If i touch or sit direct on the urethra it is like a very high pitch sooooo extreme discomfort like when you have a cold blocked nose or water up your nose kind of nerve feeling.

I have been so down lately i have been stuck at home i feel so uncomfortable my genital near urethra is soooo swollen. No way could i work with this and scared as years ago it took years to settle down:-( This is constant and i really feel like ripping the clitoris and urethra out grrrr

forgot to add this symptoms have flared up after a uti that i couldnt sleep for days until the antibotic hit it abit so from 100% extreme discomfort im about 70% now. here in australia we had 4 days of 100 deg weather i went to the beach for most nights and then thought i had abit of thrush and then new years day it hit from no where and ive been in constant discomfort every since.

i remember getting this mildly when i was a child went in the night for a pee and didnt know what to do with myself and then worked out to cross my legs to orgasm so it would go abit and i could sleep. but the next day it would go this would happen just now and again, never had a uti as a child.

I have had that 'need to orgasm' feeling. When my bladder was at its worst, it was at its worst as well. I found that when I stopped straining to urinate, the bladder improved as did the clitoris feeling. It isn't painful, but it just makes me squirm in my seat and is incredibly distracting. So, when I stopped straining, things improved. My bladder still drives me nuts, but the clitoris feeling pretty much went back to normal and I can orgasm when I want and not when I need to 'release pressure'. I certainly know how you feel. Glad I'm not alone with that!

I hate that feeling. It seems to come and go depending how flared the bladder is. I want to know what causes it. It does feel like its in the g-spot area. What if its caused by urethral diverticulum or a paraurethreal gland infection or blocked skenes gland? All of these can mimick symptoms of IC too.

I have that too I think!!! It doesnt hurt me, just tells me i need to go or it will continue to annoy the heck out of me. I have really wondered what exactly it is...

I hope we figure this out! Hey jena that feeling has gotten better. I only feel it if I really need to pee and Im in a flare its much milder than it was. If Im not flaring as much I dont feel it like I used to.

Like I said thier are alot that have or have had this same feeling. It drove me nuts. I still get it though when things are swollen and I am flaring. The medicine that seemed to calm it down was Elavil, then I switched to Tofranil. Pain medicines seemed to help some, but the feeling would come right back. But like I said it was the other meds that made it start feeling better.

I hope things calm down for you, Trust me I know what it feels like and its not something I would wish on anyone.

i can feel every nerve down there and if i press even my belly button inside it feels high pitched orgasmic urinary.

i have had 2 cystoscopies and found nothing. i have tried these antidepression tablets and nothing only made me feel really really tired
i have taken microdactin is that the low grade antibotics for 3 months did nothing but made me feel morning sickness feeling.

I only get this when my bladder urethra has a flare up. When i had the uti last week i was orgasming every 1/2 hour hubby had to go and sleep somewhere else i feel so dirty getting my back massager out lol. But when i have a full bladder and orgasm its a few seconds of complete release and after i pee i quickly drink heaps of water. I dont have any urgency and can keep pee in me for ages if i have to as when its flared and i pee i get that horrible orgasmic feeling heaps worse. I just know in myself when its safe to pee lol.

so why on the internet with ic or urethral syndrome etc it says nothing about this horrible orgasmic disorder i can handle pain pain but not this.

Oh i was wondering also if i have infected skene glands but im on the most strongest antibotic for a week now and nothing. Im wondering if they can rip out the g spot or glands and if they take the clitoris out i dont think that will do anything as im sure its where this g spot gland is its stemming from. Its no good numbing cream as its all inside me.

Surely someone can find out whats wrong this has recked my life with my kids and im stuck home for ages:-(

Have you tried Tofranil? I know the elavil made me drowsy but I do not have this with the Tofranil..

It has not made me gain any weight. And I do not have the sugar cravings with it like I did with Elavil..

my mum has put on soooo much being on anti depressions most of her life she takes it because of my youngest brother that causes her alot of stress. i have taken myself of yeast and sugar since two weeks ago when i got the uti as im still swollen down there and just before i got the uti i thought it was thrush, lol thrush i can handle soooo much better
