I've been trying almost every cereal I can to find out which ones I can tolerate - the only thing I'm really ok with that I can see is Instant Oatmeal from Quaker and Grapenuts (which I haven't eaten in a while b/c at the start of my pregnancy, they smelled too much like cat food!!)
I adore Raisin Bran, Cherrios, Shredded Wheat, etc. - but find I'm flaring all day afterwards...I usually put a small amt of sugar on them, but whether or not I do, it still happens...
Does anyone else have this problem? Any other cereals people could recommend that I could enjoy without problems?? Finding this difficult for breakfasts...
Am 33 weeks pregnant too and am not allowed high sugar foods, even pure maple syrup on pancakes (or many starches like pancakes or french toast)...This makes it trickier, I know!! Hence trying to stick to whole grain type foods...
