I hurt so bad! I have been in pain since my last PT appt. We did some work on possible pudendal nerve. I just being needy I guess. I am going back to work in morning and i just want to stay in bed. at least I have fri and sun off. so i am going in to bed now. I am looking into pain management and possibly another urologist. there is one in town i might check into instead of a 40 mile drive. wish me luck and a almost pain free day!
I hope you all have a pain free day!

Mary,
I'm so sorry you're hurting so bad. I do have pudendal nerve issues and when they mess with those nerves it really hurts alot. I hope you start to feel better soon and can make it through work. :grouphug:

thanks for asking! about the same plus work stress is not helping problems. i am about ready to change careers to cut down on my stress and work hours ( from 45 to 40) of course there will be a lose of pay but the BS from work is not helping matters.
i was awake this am from some intense bladder pain. hurt to move pain! i am to be off friday but that is still questionable. really need a day with my kids. and of course just to relax and try to get rid of the pain.

well i don't know what is up with me now. I have been sick since friday. my stomach has been upset since friday--dry heaves on friday night. also had more severe cramping felt like i had to go to bathroom but felt constipated at same time. i decide to go to er but husband said to go to the urgent care instead. so my pain level has been between 8-10 i go in and dr says not flu wont give me anything for my pain---i didn't ask for it i want to know why i feel so bad. --all he can do for me is refer me to a gastro dr,
thanks for helping doc! i am still very nauseous my stomach is cramping just a little now.

i love how i feel like i want to die and the dr is like just follow up with your dr on monday and nothing else but my employee can get a week off from work for having a cold and i get crap. there are times that i feel like i don't want to do this anymore. no one can figure out what is wrong with me. must all be gyn problems lets do a freaking hysterctomy it will solve all your problems....not! now it is gastro because your bladder doesn't cause this much pain! i can't seem to catch a freakin break!
so i am now asking my son to get me pot! cause nothing else is helping with this pain!
i work 45 hrs a week have 3 kids and i am ready to break. i can understand why people throw in the towel! i felt so bad yesterday that i thought i could die and that scares me! ( not like i would end it but this must be what my sister felt like when she was dying) i have kids and all i ask for is either pain free or manageable. can someone figure this out! you are the dr not me! why do i need to diagnose myself?!
I am not doing PT anymore cause i think it started this flare on 12 -26. I am tired of trying everything out there to get this to go away and to me it is humiliating to go thru PF therapy, and it doesn't work---for me. (i am sure it helps other people)

i am sorry if i am going off the deep end .

Pudendal Nerve Issues for some people can feel excruciating. I am one of those who could not tolerate any work being done around the Pudendal Nerve. I will be having Pudendal Nerve Decompression after I have my children.

There are only a few people who do PNE Physcial Therapy in the US. I wonder if you would be intrested in contacting any of them for help or advice.

I have to travel about 8 hours to see my PNE Doctor. I usually stay over night when I go.

The following physical therapy groups treat pudendal neuralgia in North America. Many of these physical therapists also treat other pelvic floor disorders:

Lynne Assad, MPT, is a physical therapist working in Manchester, New Hampshire that treats pudendal neuralgia and other complex pelvic floor issues. She is a part of a comprehensive pudendal neuralgia treatment center that offers pre-operative and post-operative physical therapy.

Beyond Basics Physical Therapy is a New York City based physical therapy group specializing in pelvic floor dysfunction. This group of physical therapists has extensive experience treating pudendal neuralgia and pudendal nerve entrapment, pre– and post-operatively.

Stephanie Prendergast, MPT and Elizabeth Rummer, MPT, have recently founded the Pelvic Health and Rehabilitation Center in San Francisco, California. Stephanie and Liz were most recently employed with Dr. Weiss’ office at the Pacific Center for Pain and Dysfunction. Both have significant experience in treating pudendal neuralgia and other pelvic floor disorders.

went to gyn today he did a exam. will treat for yeast but he doubts that is what it is. he felt something on my right side- he said it felt full. so off for a sonogram. we shall see what happens. but he wants me to see another specialist. he said that I have vulva vestibulitis. so on goes my struggle. anyone use the vaginal valium for that? he is willing to try it for me.

I'm so sorry you're still not feeling better. My dr's have talked to me over and over again about referred pain. One part of your body is actually causing the pain but you feel it in another part of your body. I don't know if that would be the case with a cyst but whatever is causing your problems I hope you start to feel better soon. :grouphug:
