:help:I was talking to my cousin she has the same pain as me (but was not told she has ic) her doctor said to take lyrica and she said besides the side effects in the first two weeks its working good so im going to start that ... has anyone taken this and got relief?... has anyone even heard of it?

There are several postings about it and people that it has helped. Go to the search section (on the blue bar) and type in Lyrica and you will find out a bunch of info. I hope it works for you!

I am on Lyrica and I do think it helps. I have tried many things in all the years I had IC.
I tried it twice before but I was working full time and would get very tired. I am home now and able to take it as prescribed.

I am currently taking Lyrica (for about 2 months). I originally began taking it for migraines but found it has helped with IC symptoms some, too. Hope it helps you. God bless!
