Hi everyone!

I just wanted to say that there is hope for all of us! In the past year I went from being practically bed ridden to now working 6 days a week (about 40 hours, standing up the whole time), and having a full time relationship with a wonderful man!

I never thought I'd be almost my old self again.

HAng in there! Keep trying treatments and modifying your diet, and don't forget the alternative treatments too!

I keep high hopes that there is life with IC, it is just such a struggle to fight to get there, but it's something I do every day.
