View Full Version : Quick link to support forum? Where did it go?

Why is it not there anymore?
I know you can still get to the forum other ways, But you have to go through a few steps and if you are not familar with the new board it's a little confusing. This might make it a little difficult for the newbys.

I wondered about that, myself. It really is easier when there is a quick link.

Once I found the forums I save that link to favorites. It was a little hard to find.

I've been looking for that too!

I don't appreciate the change as far as that is concerned, too! Can somebody please put it back?? If I were a newcomer, I would have NO idea there was even a forum TO come to here. I have not been able to use my computer for about 6 weeks and after coming back I am COMPLETELY lost!!!!

Ive been wondering this too........it takes me awhile to find it each time, and sometimes i click on the chat instead.

I have to agree. Thanks Leelee for starting this thread.
Please put a direct link back on the home page. It is very tough to find for us regulars not to mention newbies. Thanks!:smile tee

Maybe when everything is finished with the new things, Jill will put it back permanently:smile tee

I just looked and your name is not there as of right now. Maybe you logged out last night.
Oh, and you should take a look at the main page every once in a while. There is a lot more stuff there other than the link to the forums. I find new stuff all the time. At least new to me. :lmao:

hey all, I am a newbie, and I find it very confusing. Most of the time I can't figure out how to start a thread! Help?
PS it probably doesn't help that I am not the greatest on the computer either. :)

There is a quick link to the Support Boards. You will see it at the top of the ICN Home Page when you first log on.
To start a new thread...
Go to the Forum Home Page (link at the top of this page)...
Pick a Forum you want to use...Like "Deb's Gratitude Journal"
Click on the title of that Forum..."Deb's Gratitude Journal"
Find the small blue box that reads "New Thread" that is above that particular Forum Thread...
Decide a title for your "New Thread"...
Hit Enter when you are finished.
