Any one know what a normal bladder capacity is. I guess after hydro my was 700 cc witch makes no sense to me. I live in the world of oz., gall. etc...
Math is not my best subject especially conversion. I tried to find a good conversion chart but no luck. If any one can help I would apprechiate it.

I went to ask.com and looked it up for you. If I did this right it looks like 700 cc is about 24 fluid oz. I know that 8 oz is a cup because I can only hold about 4 oz while awake because that makes me feel like I'm going to burst. So that means it's about 3 cups worth. I believe they can stretch your bladder while you're asleep much further than you could ever stand to have it filled while awake. I wouldn't worry to much about this, just because your bladder can go to 3 cups while asleep doesn't mean that you would get anywhere close to that while awake from the pain you would feel. My hubby did pee in a measuring cup for me when I was measuring my volume over a 24 hour time period and he went almost 4 cups while I was going half a cup. Needless to say, I wanted to smack him, lol.

A normal, healthy bladder in a patient who is awake will hold about 500cc (about a pint). Under anesthesia, that normal bladder will stretch to about double that.

My doctor said 1200cc was normal during a hydro. My bladder is just about at the same capacity as yours - 600cc.
