Metamucil and diet sensitivity

Do any of you diet sensitive ICers have problems with Metamucil? I use the sugar free orange flavor and was just wondering if it might be too acidic?

If you have had problems, do you know of a good alternative? I've seen Heather's Tummy Fiber on this site. Any experiences with it?

Does the product have any artificial color, flavor, or sweetener in it? If so, that could be bothering you. I use psyllium seed husk and/or flax seed meal to add bulk and keep me regular. All natural, works well, and not too disgusting.

I use Benefiber w/o any trouble.
