I just wanted to know if you IC interferes with your monthly cycle? Or maybe some meds are known to interfere with your monthly cycle?
The reason I ask is that I take birth control (a monthly cycle) and I should have had mine 5 days ago. I have never EVER missed my period since I was 12... and frankly my periods used to be very heavy and last a long time. Over the last few months, my periods have been lighter and shorter. Not complaining, but I know it is abnormal to miss your period entirely. I started my new row of BCP pills and will miss this month's period entirely.
I just wanted to know if meds can have a role or what. I dont' want to run to my doctor because I missed one cycle, but if it happens again, I will bring it up with my gyno when I see her in January for an annual.
Oh, BTW, there is 100% no chance that I am prego. I am still a virgin, so unless there is divine intervention, there is no chance I could be pregnant!
