I am looking for websites or e-mail groups that I can find daily support for this. I prefer it not to be religious (no disrespect intended!!!!), just something to help me stay focused as I'm dealing & coping with alot lately.

I have been meditating & listening to relaxation music CD's for just over a month now & am already feeling better. I'm burning essential oils too.

Working on getting past some anger & hurt with dealing with the deaths of 2 cats & a grandparent since July. My husband travels & that makes things harder to cope with too.

ANY ideas? Pm me with websites or e-mail groups please! Having a few down days recently, I know Michigan's weather isn't helping though, LOL!:cat::angel::smile tee
