The hospital 90 miles from here opened an outreach pain clinic. Their ad lists myoneural injections, neurolytic blocks and radiofrequency neurolysis. The other things I've already done or ruled out. Do these have a place in IC for non-responders? I've had transforamenal nerve root block and epidural steroid injections previously. Is this different?

A lot of IC patients do go to pain clinics with great success, but it depends on the clinic. I'd call them, maybe, and see what they know about IC and what they offer.
