Hi all! I have been taking this brand of prenatals for about a month and they don't seem to cause any flares at least big ones. I thought some of you might want to know the name in case you wanted to try them. I got them from the Whole Foods store in town. The are Rainbow Light Just Once Prenatal One. They 100% all natural with no dyes, preservatives etc. The only thing that I was afraid about what the soy that they contain but it didn't seem to bother me. The taste of the vitamin is not very good though.
If anyone has had luck on others I would be interested in knowing which ones, in case I ever run into a problem with these. :)

i was put on Preg Vit (not sure if it's just Canadian or not) and I found them to be a bit of a pain...not only was i constipated from them a lot (which is not normal for me), but i had flare ups every night w/ the night time dose which had 5mg folic acid amongst other things...
I took them for a couple of months, but since I eat a fairly well balanced diet I wasn't too worried about the baby losing out on nutrients, etc. - i'm 25 weeks and everything is just fine...

I also use one from Whole Foods called Simply One by Super Nutrition.
It doesn't seem to cause a problem as bad as the ones from a regular store. The vitamins in it are all "food based" so maybe that's why? They have 1000mg of folic acid.
I'm 38 weeks (almost there! Yeah!) and planning to continue taking them for breast feeding. Just wanted to add my 2 cents.
