When I was first diagnosed with IC, I always had a yeast infection and suffered for years, a doctor I once went to told me after the shower, put the blow dryer to the coolest setting and on low, and dry myself down there and that would prevent excess moisture which causes yeast to grow and I have done this for years and have not had a yeast infection.

I remember my mom always doing that. She told me it was for the same reasons. As a child I never understood, but now I do.
