Does anyone have this pain

[Well, I thought I had just about experience all of it, but lately I have been waking in the night with horrible pain and I mean to the bone pain in the upper thiegh area. Is this something else or does anyone have this with ic. Does it ever end, these symptoms keep cropping up that I have not had before. I am sort of a veteran with dealing with this pain from the bladder, but it seems lately I find my body playing different tricks on me. It ususlly stops after I get up and get wide awake of course, but this is new to me.

You know, it could be a nerve that is so fried from all your years of suffering from IC. Have you ever seen a Neurologist? I have all kinds of weird pains too from the neck down:confused: It gets so frustrating. I worry that it's something serious but then it isn't a constant pain..they pop up in different spots/different days.

When we have interstitial cystitis, sometimes we tend to blame all of our pains on the IC --- but there are also other possibilities. If this is a new pain, I really think you should discuss it with your physician.
