Thanx icbop, I hope it works.
My pain management doc said that the nerves in the bladder are connected to the nerves in the tail bone, thats why IC can cause pain in the bladder, lower back and hips. Hopefully this will relieve the pain.

Stacey65 I just had when done last Friday for my clortis pain. It worked some. My pain doctor did it for me. I hope it works for you.

I didn't notice much of a difference in my pain level. My lower back felt numb for a few days, but my bladder pain stayed the same.

Hello. I had a Ganglion Nerve Block 3 weeks ago. It helped my lower back pain quite a lot, but not my bladder pain. Just a warning, I've been in severe pain before and since the procedure. I recently read cortizone can be irritating to the bladder. Also, because of all the lidocane, I could not use my left leg for 15 hours. It will pass, but that was a scary side-effect they neglected to mention. It took me 1 week to feel recovered from this one. Best wishes! I figure anything is worth a try.
