Advice Please!!
I posted this to newly diagnosed and thought maybe I would get some response here.We are starting to want to try and get pregnant this month and I want to hear your stories about what you avoiding and things that helped during pregnancy!! Do prenatal vitamins cause a flare and if so what do you take instead? Is there anything else I should know about pregnancy and IC?

Personally Prenatal's drove my bladder off the wall, my OB upped me my folic acid daily and dropped the prenatals period because it got so bad. I had to stick to a very very strick IC diet and still had a very rocky bladder during pregnancy but the ending was so worth it. My story link is below and my pregnancy story is in it also.Just remember, that little bundle in the end is the best result ever.
