Chocolate in small amounts
Candy
I think root beer too
cooked onions in a soup
yogurt!
can't do peanuts or coffee but good for you!
Isn't it wonderful to eat something you've missed and not have it hurt you?

Bad foods, lets see-chocolate in small amounts and if its dark chocolate very small amounts, bananas (but not every day), figs and mangoes(also small amounts). I tried Indian food too, but was careful to ask the server who was also the restaurant owner to make it as unspicey as possible, it still tasted like Indian food and had no problems! Nuts have been ok but I been careful to try them in small doses. Even a sip of wine, hot chocolate or balsamic vinegar will cause a flare. Fortunately, I've always liked water and milk! woohoo:
peanut butter
cooked onions.. but I think many can
chinese if I take prelief
cereal
ketchup with prelief..
does prelief count as being able to tolerate it

Most anything that doesn't have citrus in it unless I am in a flare, then if I eat anything, it's bland and boring. These days my flares are few and far between.

The only thing I have found that DOES IRRITATE ME is lemon lime kool aid. I can eat all citrus foods, tomatoe products, soda, all fruits, and even chocolate(not a big fan though). I am one who is not diet sensative, thankfully. I don't eat much thoug so I don't think I 'd be terribly upset if I was affected by diet. If Adam didn't make me eat I don't think I would
