Cold Sweats,are they related,

:bow: Hi,
I was wondering if having cold sweats is part of IC, not as in hot flushes, more like fever cold sweats, I often wake up in the mornings and the sweat is dripping off me, I sometimes get it during the day as well, when I get up in the mornong I put on my dressing gown and if it is that bad I have to put on a big fluffy gown instead and keep it pulled up around my neck, my skin is cold to touch, other times I am on fire, I have been through the change of life and know what thoes sweats are like, but this are differant, I am in chronic pain all the time, so I don,t know if this is a symptom of IC or is it down to any of the drugs I might be taking, I take 2 blood pressure tabs, 1for cholesterol, 8 solpadeine, 3 to 4 Df118s (opium based) 1 antibioctic, and usual IC supplements, plus bread soda and water,
would be greatful to hear from someone about this.

I'm sorry to hear about the sweats you've been having. I, personally, don't think what you are feeling is related to IC. Possibly a side effect of some medication you might be taken; or a reaction to combining medications. I would talk to the doctor who prescribed you any meds, to see if what you are experiencing is from them. Also, you can look up side effects from your medications online. I would try that until you can get in to see your doc. I hope you find your answer soon! Get well!! :)~Brigette
