Hi! I asked Jill about it yesterday and she had to disable registration for a bit as the site's been just bombarded with porn vendors, she said out of 750 new registrants, 730 were porn vendors, isn't that crazy?? So until she can come up with a way to keep it safe from those types, she had to disable it for a bit.

I recommend too giving her a shout via PM as she can probably help you out that way. ;)

It's one of those things we have to put up with on the internet. This morning there were seven new registrations for this board --- four of the seven were from known spam/porn advertisers.

There is away to not allow that I think. You know when you ave to re-type the letters you see in a box. They do that so automatic spam can not get on.

Carol: Amazingly, even though we have that feature in place, the spammers still try to register. The only thing we have found that works is to look at every new registration before it's approved.

That is a shame!!!! It makes me mad. Those spammers are taking away from us. For a sec I wish this pain on them, but for only a sec (I do not wish this on anyone).
