Summer ideas for kids

Has anyone stumbled onto great ideas for the kids for summer? I will have not only my 3 and 9 year old, but a 12 year old from downstairs, too! Any ideas?

I have a 3/6 year olds.I have found anything that has to do with water keeps them busy in the summer.For example,the sprinkler or anything you can hook up to the hose or even a small swimming pool.
board games,They make them for all ages.
If I think of anything else I will let you know.
