Colten is going to get to see the DoodleBops Live Nov 1. Hubby is far from thrilled about this. I got floor seating in front of the stage 10 rows back. I was online at 10am for the online presale first thing this morning. I can't wait for him to see this and to see his face. I figured if the girls got the cruise he got the concert.

Oh that's so cool! I'm sure he will love that! We thought about taking Griffin to see the Wiggles last year but he was only two and it was in Philly. We didn't to drive all that way for a 2 year old, lol.

I got hit up for Sesame Street Live:Elmo Makes Music the first week in October. She has been to Bear in the Big Blue House and Elmo before on top of Disney on Ice.

Ah, momma hood.

I am so glad my baby is 12 now. She likes us to take her to the Opera. I can't tell you how much I don't miss Barney and Friends Live and Disney Princesses on Ice!

Okay, I have to admit, at the time it was kind of fun to see how happy those shows made her. My husband used to bring earplugs.

Don't ask me why my 12 year old is an opera fan. It's a complete mystery to us. I was never particularly interested in it. But she convinced us to get a subscription to the New York City Opera, and I am learning to appreciate and enjoy it -- something I never expected. It's amazing where your kids can take you, sometimes.

Have fun with the DoodleBops. I'm happy to say I have never heard of them either. :)

I would say the Doodlebops--hmm, colorful, dancing, catchy music. I can't imagine his face either--priceless. I love going with Lindsey to these shows and places like Disney just to see her reaction. It is worth the cost, getting mowed by strollers, the expensive food and programs, balloons, etc....I must admit I know most of the music now too so I wind up singing along.

Hugs,
Barb:)
