Ok my crew refused to give in and do something different or go somewhere different. We are goin back to The eastern Carribean on the same ship Carnival Glory March 1 2008. I did however get the huge suite for all of us so we will be comfy. Hey at least I know all the trick and places to see and go and the do's & don't

Good for you Leslie.

My hubby and I will be going on a cruise for our 25th wedding anniversary next June. Since I have been on them before, I am not as anxious about my IC. The other 2 were wonderful and I could rest as much as I wanted to. We usually use Royal Carribean mainly because it was little kid friendly, but since it will just be us this time, we may try Carnival. We need to make the arrangements soon! It will be our first real vacation by ourselves in years. My hubby actually asked me if I wanted to invite another couple. I told him no way, I was excited to be going somewhere by ourselves! I know he isn't into the laying by the pool thing. That is why he is wanting to ask our friends that will be married 25 years a few months after us.

Leslie, do you have a clock that counts the days for you? Those are so much fun!

I do and the last tiem I had one on here but with the new signature space limit I hate to put one up again. I did great with my IC on the last cruise.

They definitely took care of me on the food side! Of course they had those chocolate covered everything on one of the midnight buffets and I was so tempted, but I resisted. Chocolate covered strawberries are sooo good and it's so unfair that I can't eat them!

I always say that the planning and anticipation is almost as fun as the cruise! We normally go with our entire family. Last time there were 19 of us ranging from 2 to 72. It was alot of fun! I didn't take care of the 2 year old either! I took care of my kids when they were little, but on the last cruise we went on, they were 18 and 21. I only saw them at dinner, Kareoke and when they went on excursions with us. It was wonderful. I did watch her in the pool a few times, but I always knew that I could just take her to her mama when I was ready! Actually my 21 year old loves kids, so he spent alot of time with them, so I am sure their parents were grateful.

I am so excited for you just thinking about all the things that you do on a cruise!

Thanks Griffs, I just hate waiting until March, but with the million inches of snow we get here by March we are so ready for sun and fun I couldn't imagine doing it any other time of year.
