Have been following the diet. As I try foods to see the effect on my bladder, I am finding that some foods cause a little urethral burning, but nothing that I would take any medicine to reduce the irritation. For example, took my chewable vitamin this a.m. and there was a little burning for about two to three hours. It was pretty mild.
Does the acidic food or acid my body generates from these foods cause thinning with my bladder lining? Or does it just irritate an already thin bladder lining? In case like the vitamin, would you continue to take the chewable vitamin or switch to a children's vitamin?
