I've been on the IC diet for 3 weeks and am doing much better. I would like to start introducing other foods to my diet from the "avoid" list,but really don't know where to start or how to go about it. Any suggestions of which foods to start with and how often?

Start with the middle column foods - try a small amount of one of them with a meal & see how you feel. If okay with that, try more of that food the next day. Don't try any new foods on days you are trying new meds or exercises. I'd try foods that have high nutritional content, like blueberries or spinach, so that you are enriching your diet with healthier additions. I wouldn't try more than 1-2 new foods per week.
