It may. There is a setting on my tens for urgency, training of the kegels, and pain. I'm not sure what you mean by "urgency pain", but urgency is indicated with the tens. You can rent a tens to try it out before you splurge on the purchase.

I use my tens mainly when I'm going to be out all day and bathrm visits are few and far between. I have pain everyday--it helps a little with that. If I take urelle along with it (and pain meds :) ) and I usually will do pretty good.
I keep the setting pretty low--if I go to high it makes me hurt more. ??? My insurance has you rent it first then they purchased it for me. ($750.00) My supplies are paid at 80%. Not bad. :)
