Tums taken with ify food

I have found that tums and/or fish oil capsules can be taken with ify food(food not on the "okay" list of IC diet).This can help you avoid irrtation. Always play it safe, especially with food and drink.:smile tee

How much fish oil is safe? I take 2,000 mg per day. 1,000 in the am and 1,000 with dinner.

If anyone has any experience with tofu, please let me know. I think it's really irritating, but it could also be the soy sauce I had with it. I'm not sure which it is.

I take about 2 to 4 pills of fish oil a day:smile tee

I take 3 capsules omega fish oil -1000 mgs each after I eat breakfast. My eye doctor told me that was how he took his so that is what I do.
