Has anyone used the rescue instillation cocktail developed by Alan Wein, MD? It consists of 1. DMSO, 2. Heparin, 3. Lidocaine, and 4. Kenalog.
If anyone has, please share their experiences. I have 6 of these scheduled for the next 6 weeks, starting this Wednesday.
