I'm so exhausted mentally and physically. I was falling asleep on the couch watching TV. We went to bed, I dozed off, not ten minutes later the bed starts vibrating like a freight train is coming through...no joke. He snores so loud that I hear it through my ear plugs, even the 17.00 ones we got online. I can't take ANYMORE meds to go to sleep because one day I'm gonna NOT wake up. I take just enough as it is and I don't want to be in a coma, I just want to SLEEP. He asked me would I want him to do about it. Said sleep study, said no wont wear CPAP machine to bed...NO...ok, so maybe just every now and again he could sleep on the couch. He said "no..my snoring doesn't bother me"....just like that.

So I'll build my pallet on the couch like I do many nights and sleep there. It's comfortable, I've got the biggest TV in the house at my fingertips, my dog curls up with me, and there are no self centerd men snoring in my FrIGGIN ear.

Girls, something has to give here.....I'm starting out this surgery thing on the WAY WRONG FOOT here and it's because of him snoring up there!!!! I WAS asleep.......so much for that.

Oh that really sucks. My hubby snores but it's not as bad as Tom's from what you are describing. I used to need ear plugs to go to sleep with him though before I had Griffin. After Griffin I have been so tired the past 3 years that as long as there isn't a thunderstorm right over our house I'm sleeping! Being so tired from the pain and IC helps too, I hope you got some sleep on the couch and everything goes fine today. :grouphug:

I am so sorry Sandy. I hope the snoring gets bettter. There is this lubricating mouthwash that breath right makes. I wonder if that would help? Keep us posted Sandy.

It's A little past 6am. Woke up thinking about you and Tom. I am praying for you. Men usually make it thru surgeries just fine. It is us that get run thru the mill.
If they only knew how little we sleep anyway, maybe it would help. I guess I need to move you in with me. LOL You of all people should know what the nurses in the hospital are for. Hire him a home nurse and come to my house. You are really the one who needs to be resting.

Sending hugs and prayers.

Hugs Sandy, I spend many nights on the couch also from the snore king. He went through the sleep study and they told him he was fine. I know how you feel.
