3 year old Halloween Costume problem!

He was going to be Crocodile Hunter. He already had all the clothes, and brought back a 3foot plactic aligator from Florida. Well, my husband ruined his shirt, and now what should I do??? Help!

What happened to the shirt? I might be salvageable....I have saved some really messed up clothes before, tell me what is wrong and maybe I can help with it. Lisa
