We got the house

My mother in law (we went through her real estate company) just came buy with a welcome mat and a signed copy of the offer we submitted to purchase the house. They have 72 hours to ochange their minds.We will close on Aug. 23. To bad Adam isn't home to share with.He is at a motorcycle rally out of town. Should I call him or wait until he gets gome tonight or tomorrow?
