My Dr will be putting me on Metformin for PCOS. I read that it interacts with MS Contin. Anybody know why? Metformin is for diabetes and MS Contin is for pain so I do not see why it interacts. Anybody take MS Contin and Metformin? I do not want to have to go off the MS Contin because it is the only thing that helps somewhat for the pain. Anybody else have PCOS and IC? It is just one thing after the other. I was diagnosed with kidney stones and passed 3 right before the IC was diagnosed. Diagnosed with Endo last Dec. Now my Rheumatologist thinks I have CFIDS and Fibro and possibly Lupus! And now I was told that I have PCOS! Why is it that women with IC have other conditions and are they all related? I just want to feel better! Sorry to complain but this is really getting me down!
