Newly diagnosed-3 miscarriages

I was recently diagnosed with IC and am on the way to an IC guru in my area. In the meantime, I am staying away from EVERY problem food for IC and Vulvodynia. (A burrito and a margarita taught me to take it very seriously.) Anyway, this pain all started following a bout of fertility treatment of antibiotics and several vaginal ultrasounds last December. (I had 3 early miscarriages last year with no explanation of why.) I am 37 and can't keep putting off sex and trying, but am confused about flare ups and the possibility of the connection between IC and a possible autoimmune cause for my miscarrages. 2 miscarriages is normal at times for many, but 3 drops your odds significantly. Anyone have experience or info about similar situations? I am curious about the connection....
