I have been hooked ever since I decided not to drink coffee anymore (like I could if I wanted to anyway).
I started out with the alternative for coffee Yerba Mate. I LOVE LOVE LOVE it. I drink it everyday. I never have had ANY problems with it. I am so addicted to it. Anyway I started drinking a lot of other teas like chammomile, and mint stuff for headaches and now I'm hooked. I know there is a flavor out there for almond. But it contains orange and citrus flavors which bother me. I wonder if I would be better off with an almond extract instead of almond flavored tea into my own tea concoction. I am going to try blueberry, chammomile, yerba mate, spearmint and peppermint, and almond, with vanilla and cinnamon and of course sugar. I hope it is good.
Has anyone tried the almond extract? Does it bother you? I have tried the almond milk but I don't want to put cream in my tea I think that ruins it.
