Which mechanism creat THAT much BURNING?

It's a 24/7 symptoms of burning at the base of my bladder in the pubic area.
Hot wheather bring this burning pain to exacerbation.I even notice swelling near my penis.Perhaps a vein but i'm not sure.

Can Hunner ulcer be the cause even if i don't pee blood?

This heat is powerful spasming my sigmoid colon.Trapped gas is one of my theory as gas can generate energy.

As far as IC goes,i haven't been diagnose but i would be impress if this heat is generate by nerves.Could it be?

I know hot weather and being sweaty seems to irritate me to..So who knows.. IC flares can be triggered in so many ways...

The sensation of heat is probably due to another type of irritation, and just feels hot as an illusion. The sensation of heat is usually caused by what are known as "TRP channels" in the nerves, which respond to heat, chemical irritation, and other stimuli. For example, you have TRP channels in your mouth, and when you eat spicy food, your mouth feels hotter because of the chemicals in the food, even though the temperature of your mouth hasn't increased at all.

There is not usually bleeding with Hunner's ulcers.

Well i'm still wondering if an echography can reveal ulcer in the bladder and if Hunner ulcer can stay years after years.

Regarding the burning sensation in the pubic area,could it be the small bowel?
I have gas and many bowel symptoms.

I know from my own issues with PNE that it can cause burning in the pelvic area because it's the nature of how the nerve is trapped. It can also cause IC like symptoms. And painful bowel movements.

There are so many reasons for all of these medical conditions it's dizzying. I just saw that you were wonderding what could cause buring in that area and in my own case it's due in part from the PNE.
