Has anyone been to the Smith Institute? Is it the same office he has had since 2001-2005 and just a name change?

Dr. Moldwin is a hero! (I have been to a lot of uros and great doctors, but he is in the hero category which is extremely limited.) I am not sure where my situation would be with out him today.
