RATS!!!
I went to church Sunday & the usher seated a guy next to me with an awful head cold. He was so stuffed up he was breathing open mouthed & his eyes were all gummy. I got up & sat somewhere else, which startled people, but hey I didn't want his icky cold. (And I'm allergic to almost every oral antibiotic out there, which makes getting sick a bit risky).
Two days later, I now have that one-sided sore throat I get with colds. GRR! I have no patience for people who are so selfish to bring their illness into close proximity to others. I mean, geez, my church broadcasts the service every Sunday on the radio & has every sermon available to download online. And they publish the bulletin online too. So there was NO reason for this guy to have to come & infect other people. Or if he really needed to come, there were lots of empty rows in the balcony, he could have gone there, but no, he had to come & breathe the air right next to everybody packed in next to each other.
And it's not just about me, there are babies in church & many very elderly people. And who gets sick in the summer? Usually people who've been traveling, so they're usually highly contagious, introducing new germs into areas.
Whine.....
