do natural remedies work???

i am getting inpatient with these meds that dont work, there are natural products i find on line that say help with IC like cystaq has anyone tried any of these natural remedies and had any progress with them???

I never tried CystaQ but I got a lot of relief from Blueberry Leaf Tea from the health food store. It really seemed to help with the inflammation. I drank tons of it in the beginning! Not at all the same as stuff in the grocery store so be careful, you want the one from Alveita.
